This should be good, always enjoy your videos. When you was walking in Anglesey you walked through a field with a Lot of cows. You said it’s ok I don’t mind cows. What as happened since then.
thanks so much - I've got a few vlogs coming out and hopefully a lot more to come. Just need to find the time to edit them lol!! The reason for not liking cows anymore.......I got chased by them - it massively Changes your perspective - it's a really scary thing when you think you are going to be pushed off a cliff by the cows running towards you. When it's never happened to you - it's so hard to explain - there is now just a fear and I keep hearing more and more stories about accidents which happened with cows and how dangerous they can be. They can be scary animals!!
I belive i have got good will power and i dedication to stick to a plan. But if i am struggling i watch your short video on the Appalachian Trail really motivates me. I know about cows specifically on the costal path like you say its either a cliff one side her the herd the other. Most of the time they be ok. But if one will come they all bloody come.
Welcome back! Good to see you!😊
thank you so much! apologies for taking so long to get new vlogs uploaded - I wish I could promise that I will be more consistent - but I'm not sure it's going to happen until October this year - but then I will be on it with the editing!! Expect vlogs from the South West Coast Path and the New Zealand vlogs to come out!! Something to look forward to - thanks again for supporting!
Greay videos Sarah. Enjoyed them. Planning my Camino now for next year.
that's fantastic!! thank you so much for watching! Best of luck with the planning!!

Love watching vlogs from N/W Wales.

La Vía de la Plata es un Fantástico trayecto. Muchas precauciones con el calor. Recomendable llevar mucha agua. Buen Camino 👣👣
no heat and sun on this walk - pretty much all rain apart from a few good days of sunshine!
Lol the Isle of Man fish looks remarkably similar to the UK's roast chicken. Was it flying fish?
I'm so sorry it was so long ago now - I have no idea what this is about- do you have the time stamp - so I can look it up and see?!
@@toughgirlchallenges Lol i'm chill about it, just thought it was funny. Not complaining, i subbed and enjoyed your vid. Watched you eating chicken and chips @ 36:26 and then you said you stopped for fish and chips @ 36:42 but my Scouse humour kicked in, soz! I think the chippy was called fish and chips so you're right and I'm wrong lol.

Hi from Australia where we don't have castles! Thanks for showing us this beautiful section. I'd like to do the Wales Coast Path.
hello!!! thanks so much for watching - I hope you get over to Wales at some point! it's a stunning walk
Loved watching this again after spending a week on the island in mid May. A fab achievement for you! We had a house overlooking Douglas Bay, near Onchan, so fairly relaxed in comparison! Did bits of the Coast Path, Douglas to Port Soderick, Castletown to Port Erin, Peel to Kirk Michael. We actually sat at the same table as you did in The Dovecote Cafe! We also did a few touristy things as well, steam train to Port St Mary, electric tram to Laxey, the Wheel, and Snaefell, bus to Ramsey. Wished we had walked the Peel to Port Erin bit, looked good, but in the opposite direction to you guys...
that's awesome - thanks so much for sharing. your trip sounds brilliant!!!
@@toughgirlchallenges Thanks Sarah, looking out for more of your Iberian vlogs! Currently tidying up bits of Offa's Dyke btwn Monmouth & Pandy (gorgeous area) and bagging 3 Hewitts above Crickhowell today.
@@munroist1 lovely!! I'm a bit behind with the vlogs at the moment. But new vlogs from the TA trail from New Zealand will be coming out in November and hopefully I'll be able to get a few more of the trails I've walked edited and shared as well.
I forgot to ask what was that green and gray thing hanging on your right shoulder strap please?

thank you so much - that's so kind of you and I really appreciate you taking the time to comment. best of luck with your 3rd camino!!! enjoy!!
It is great to see Audrey getting the media exposure She deserves. Her book is fantastic. The details She could remember of her hike after nearly six years is incredible. I had the very Plesant experience of getting to spend a few far too short of hours with her at trail days. She is as friendly, warm, articulate and beautiful in person as she is on her social media. Hopefully being brave enough to write Her book will prove to be the catalyst that propels this amazing young lady to whatever future she desires. She absolutely deserves it.
Great video! Thank you for sharing your journey with us❤.
thank you so much for watching! I really appreciate it :-)
Thank you, dear Sarah! It was a wonderful trip! Great playlist! Very beautiful and educational! I think that maybe someday you will have the opportunity to drive along the Pacific coast from the city of Sitka (formerly New Arkhangelsk) in Alaska to the coast of the strait between the end of South America and the island of Tierra del Fuego. Perhaps an electric bicycle, a moped with an engine of 50 - 100 cubic centimeters, or a French, Italian or Japanese-made scooter would be suitable for such a trip. With respect.
Thanks for sharing your Camino experience! I did the same and would love for you to visit my channel and share your feedback!
Thank you! Will do!
Love the detail you take the time to give on your vlog description, really useful for planning! Thanks Sarah & Adelaide, great set of videos of what seems a fab place

Thank you, what a great woman.

Hi sarah, i followed you on the A.T. so nice to see you again. 😊 all the best to you.. from New Hampshire USA
Thank you so much for checking back it. I’ve been a bit quiet with new adventure vlogs. But new vlogs will be coming soon x
Great video. Enjoyed the scenery along the way. Some of the paths looked difficult with overgrown brambles nettles and whin bush. Seems like path not well maintained. Plus the overgrown hedgerow on the long steps climb near end. Though sometimes that can be an advantage so you have less tourists. I could not believe it possible to carry so much on your back. I didn’t think that would all fit in a rucksack. Nice to see the cafes and pubs for food. Very impressive to cover that mileage round the island. Very enjoyable to watch. Thanks.
I saw Tania at University of Maine, right after I read her book. One of the biggest inspirations in my life! It is interesting to hear what her path has been in the 40 years since! Thanks!
brilliant - thanks for taking the time to listen. please do check out the other women on the tough girl podcast
I walked the Dava Way last year from Grantown-on-Spey up to Grant Park in Forres. How did you find the walk heading North to South? I'm looking at walking it again in a few weeks time, I loved the scenery. It was wonderful see places I recognise during your video. 😊

Fantastic effort, girls. You found my happy place at the Point of Ayre.

Sarah, great to have found your video on this hike, which I’m embarking on this August (for my sins in ☀️☀️☀️! Great insight and am super excited! Buen Camino for your next Camino, which I believe you’re on now 💪💪🏃♀️🇬🇧☺️. Sarah
thank you so much for watching! It's a great camino - I hope you have wonderful weather and meet amazing people!
Looks beautiful. How does it compare to the Camino de Santiago. I like a lot of solitary hiking and De Santiago seems so popular and busy. This looks so peaceful.
it really is! a lot quieter!!!!! Which I do prefer!!
This is by far, the most entertaining video content of “walking the Welsh coastal path” Well done.
Thank you so much. I really appreciate your comment. I hope you enjoy watching the rest of the Vlogs. 🥳🥳🥳
Hi Sarah, you are a tough girl! Just subscribed. Great vlogs. Watched all 17 of your vlogs for the Camino Frances. Questions: what shoes do you wear, how do you keep from getting blisters and how did you get long distance endurance?
thanks so much for your questions - I'm so glad you've subscribed. I work with INOV8 and wear their trainers for my challenges. On my website - there are different reviews on the trainers. Inov8 have great grip and will also last. Blisters can still happen - it's been ages since I've had them. But on my current camino - I've been suffering. my trainers were the wrong size (too small) and it cause all sorts of issues. So number 1, make sure your shoes fit your feet!!! At rest breaks I take my shoes and socks off to try my feet out and wear good socks. Long distance endurance can be build. I find after 8/10 days - I'm good and can walk all day - with a pack. However, I've been doing this for a long time and generally try to maintain my fitness at all times - as it's easier for me to maintain than it is to build it back up again. It's a question of just starting/ Take a listen to the amazing women I've spoke to on the tough girl podcast - they share lots of top tips re training and endurance.
How do you find it walking on tarmac Sarah - I hate it haha!!
I am so with you I hate it as well🤣🤣🤣
@@toughgirlchallenges I've not seen your reply Sarah because I've been off hiking, but I bailed about 25 miles from the end...because there was too much tarmac hahaha! My feet are shredded. Love seeing your Spanish journey, it looks awesome x
OMG Sarah, those flowers!
